We aim to ship your order within 2-3 days after you order is placed.
You order will be shipped using Royal Mail for UK Deliverys and FedEX For international deliverys
We have two shipping options standard and express.
If you wish to cancel your order please let us know ASAP. If you have recieved you order we can only accept returns on unsealed to maintain quality assurance.

Please do not put our frames or pieces in direct sunlight/hot lighting, this can cause damage the piece by time. Do not use abrasive cloth to clean - micofiber recommended
